Our vision is that the technology workforce of the future harnesses the talents of all, regardless of their background.

By 2027 we want to catalyse 100,000 impactful opportunities on the tech talent pipeline for underrepresented groups in Europe and North America, through focussed, strategic partnerships which build our understanding of what works and make the most of our extensive network.

To date, The Hg Foundation has supported partnerships that will help over 50,000 young people and adults from underrepresented background along the pipeline of talent into the technology sector.
